It’s a polo match, a pastel fashion show, a champagne tasting, and a party all-in-one!

The venue overlooks the Hudson river from Jersey City facing Manhattan. There will be celebrities present and hundreds of people dressed to impress and ready to have a GREAT time! It’s an experience like no other and one you will never forget!

Packages Available: 

We are offering several packages for this trip. All packages below show pricing per person. If a hotel is included in the package you choose, we assume two people per room (double-occupancy).

Rosé Garden (VIP) and “Fast Pass” tickets are not yet available. Once we have that information we will update the table below to include the cost with VIP/”Fast Pass” tickets included.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy below is in-place to limit Travelitis LLC’s liability in the event the majority of a contracted room block is cancelled. In the event the majority of a room block is cancelled Travelitis LLC is responsible for payment to the hotel for a percentage of the costs for rooms unfilled. To that end, Travelitis implements the cancellation policy below to limit its liability in the event that a majority of the contracted rooms are cancelled. We hope that as customers you can understand that we also need to protect as ourselves as a business while striving to achieve our mission of providing you with a great travel experience. It is for this reason that we always aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our cancellation policies and reasoning behind them.

For all packages that include hotel accommodations:

– No penalty if cancelled by April 1.
– Cancel between April 2 and April 30, 2020: 25% of total room cost
– Cancel by June 2, 2020: 50% of total room cost
– Cancel June 3-5, 2020: 100% of total room cost.

– Bronze, Rider, and Crasher packages are all NON-REFUNDABLE

Bus, Hotel, and Event Information

Round-Trip Charter Bus from DC/Baltimore

We have reserved a charter bus to provide luxury transportation. The bus will begin in the DC Area with another stop in Baltimore and head to the hotel in Jersey City, NJ. The bus will be wifi-enabled and we will make two stops along the way for everyone to grab snacks/food and stretch. Departure times will be provided closer to the event dates.

Hotel Accommodations

We will be staying at the Hyatt House, Jersey City. Your stay will include FREE wifi and FREE breakfast. The hotel is located a few blocks away from the Hudson River and only a 20 minute ride away from midtown Manhattan. Enjoy luxury rooming accommodations and a rooftop restaurant and terrace as you get ready for and wine-down from the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic.

The MAIN EVENT: Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic

The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic is equal parts fashion show, polo match, photo opp, champagne tasting, and party! The event takes place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ (a few miles from our hotel) and goes from noon until about 6pm.

Much of that time will be spent taking pictures at the various props they provide throughout the park, sippin’ champagne (only Veuve Clicquot champagne will be available, obviously), partying to a DJ, and there’s a polo match (roughly an hour-and-a-half) during the middle of the event.

This event is like no other when it comes to seeing and being seen! And if you enjoy champagne, you won’t find a better event to attend (unless it’s the LA edition of this event in October – #foreshadowing).

Your General Admission ticket includes coach bus transportation from the check-in location (1-3 miles from the venue) to the event and entry into the event. Food and alcohol are available at the event for purchase and attendees are also allowed to bring blankets and picnic baskets. A full list of what you can/cannot bring is distributed by the event organizers in the weeks leading up to the event. Your ticket will not include guaranteed seating and most people bring a blanket and lay in the grass (trust us, it works and adds to the experience).

Rosé Garden (VIP) tickets are available and typically cost $450-$500/person. They include VIP check-in, a separate VIP section at the event with seating (first-come-first-serve), a bottle or Rosé Veuve Clicquot champagne, lunch, and drink tickets for additional drink purchases. If you are interested in Rosé Garden tickets please contact us prior to purchasing your package.
